fps drop and choke

ok my fps (using my 7950) sem to be droping all the time .also i was getting between 1-12 choke last night on the new server ?? any ideas

With the choke, you will have to adjust your rates until you are getting 0 choke.

Uninstall your graphics card drivers and download the latest ones.

got the latest one mate with that last instale of windows.... hold on or was it before windows went down....shit cant remember. must have it as steam tells you if you aint got it .

installed latest driver, think ive sussed the ffs out it has got something to do with advanced options sometimes things are ticked or unticked without me doing it... still getting 1-14 choke though tryed re setting to 100 and tryed 66 as well still the same ?

When you change your rates you have to disconnect and reconnect for the rates to become active.

Don't just try 100 and 66, go in between too and also change the rate as well as the cl_updaterate and cl_cmdrate.

Your internet connection will also depend on the choke.
