FORUM UPGRADE

I have upgraded the forum to a new version.

Everything should be the same, except it may look slightly odd where my theme doesn't match up with the new files.

Over the weekend I will make the theme fit on the upgraded version properly.

I have already done the upgrade. Basically fixed bugs and security issues....sorry to get your hopes up.

oh...no I just put them on to try and liven up the forums.
