This becoming a huge concern as hardly nobody is coming on
not even many regulars.From 5-7PM it could only be me and longshot
so we really do need the problem sorting or else we are not going to get very far
and playing against bots is shit...mainly cause they are kicking "MY" ass atm.

i can't do anything.
ive taken zblock off and ace rates so that people can get on, but we now have the threat of rate hackers.
valve need to sort it out, they have ruined the css community.

I went on the server earlier with the command set to 1, and it shifted me to spectator then asked me to press OK to automatically change my cl_restrict_server_commands. Then once they leave the server it will go back to 1. It seems effective.
